From his years as a Green Beret in the U.S. Army Special Forces to his role leading the Department of Defense, Chris has seen firsthand how industrial readiness-or the lack thereof-dictates the outcome of modern conflict.

He understands that a soldier in the field is only as effective as the supply chain behind them. Without a reliable, domestic source of MILSPEC Nitrocellulose and high-energy propellants, our national readiness is a theoretical concept, not a tactical reality.

The Vision for Modular Resilience Miller joins Supply Energetics at a pivotal moment. As we deploy our modular, "right-sized" production hubs across the United States, his strategic guidance will be instrumental in ensuring our technology aligns with the Army’s enterprise-wide modernization goals.

Setting the "Parsons Benchmark" Supply Energetics has already proven that the private sector can move at the speed of relevance. Our flagship facility in Parsons, KS, evolved from an empty site to a production and high-security storage hub in one year.
