Chris Miller Joins Supply Energetics Advisory Board: Securing the American Industrial Base

The American defense industrial base is at a crossroads. For decades, the "Ammunition Triangle" has relied on legacy infrastructure and centralized "mega-plants" that are increasingly vulnerable to single points of failure. Solving these systemic challenges requires more than just capital; it requires a deep, field-proven understanding of the Department of War (DoW) mindset.

Today, Supply Energetics is proud to announce a major milestone in our mission to secure the Allied supply chain: Christopher C. Miller, former Acting Secretary of Defense, has officially joined our Advisory Board.

A Legacy of Service and Strategy Secretary Miller’s career has been defined by his commitment to national security at every level. From his years as a Green Beret in the U.S. Army Special Forces to his role leading the Department of Defense, Chris has seen firsthand how industrial readiness-or the lack thereof-dictates the outcome of modern conflict.

He understands that a soldier in the field is only as effective as the supply chain behind them. Without a reliable, domestic source of MILSPEC Nitrocellulose and high-energy propellants, our national readiness is a theoretical concept, not a tactical reality.

The Vision for Modular Resilience Miller joins Supply Energetics at a pivotal moment. As we deploy our modular, "right-sized" production hubs across the United States, his strategic guidance will be instrumental in ensuring our technology aligns with the Army’s enterprise-wide modernization goals.

Setting the "Parsons Benchmark" Supply Energetics has already proven that the private sector can move at the speed of relevance. Our flagship facility in Parsons, KS, evolved from an empty site to a production and high-security storage hub in one year.

With Secretary Miller on our board, we are ready to scale that benchmark. Together, we are bridging the gap between traditional defense manufacturing and the agile, software-defined future of energetics.

The race to re-shore American sovereignty is well underway. With leaders like Chris Miller at the table, Supply Energetics is ensuring that the U.S. and its Allies will never face a propellant shortage again.
